Terms of Use

1. Playing the game

You may play Flappy Spikes for your own fun, on your own devices, with the app from Google Play or the App Store. The game, its birds, art, music and code belong to Duo Leads. Your progress, coins and skins are kept on your phone; versus races and leaderboards use online services described in the privacy policy.

2. No cheating

When you play, you agree not to:

• use a modified, cracked or repackaged version of the app;
• use bots, scripts, macros or other automated play;
• change your saved game data, your scores or the game's memory while it runs;
• reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the app or our server, except where the law allows it;
• send made-up runs, scores or purchases to our versus server or to the leaderboards, or try to overload or abuse them.

3. What we may do about it

To keep races fair, our server checks runs and may flag ones that look impossible under the game's rules. If we find cheating or abuse, we may:

• remove versus entries and leaderboard scores;
• keep an install or an account out of versus races and leaderboards;
• keep anti-cheat flags for up to 60 days to review them (the privacy policy says what they contain).

We do not owe a refund for in-game coins or items lost this way. Refunds of real-money purchases stay with Google Play or the App Store, under their rules.

4. Purchases

Coin packs and NO ADS are sold by Google Play or the App Store, under their terms. We check purchases with Google or Apple. A purchase that turns out to be fake or is refunded may be taken back in the game. Coins and items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. The game as it is

We work hard to keep Flappy Spikes running well, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Features, versus races and online services can change, pause or end. As far as the law allows, Duo Leads is not liable for losses from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
